Hello parents and families at Quest K-8! My name is Michael Roth and I will be your assistant principal this year. My first few days have been filled with learning already... and I have enjoyed meeting parents and staff members who happen to pop in.
It is easy to love this school because so many of the people I have met love this school and that is contagious. During my interview process I was able to walk through the building and see the staff at work. I met a few students too. When asked about what it is like to attend Quest one boy said, "I get to be myself here." He expressed appreciation for a place where his giftedness was celebrated instead of ridiculed. I saw in his face a joy that comes from feeling at home- from feeling appreciated.
I look forward to working with Mrs. Garcia (our wonderful principal) in developing more joy in our students' faces this year.
I also look forward to meeting many of you at open house on August the 2nd.
